Wide font guide

Best for

Wide uses fullwidth characters for a vaporwave or arcade feel. It is useful for short titles, retro usernames, aesthetic bios, and names where spacing is part of the style.

Readability

The letters are readable, but the style uses much more horizontal space than normal text. A name that fits in plain text may wrap or clip after being converted to Wide.

Avoid using when

Avoid Wide in tight fields, long Adopt Me names, or mobile UI elements where every character counts. It is strongest as a short headline, not a paragraph style.

Practical tips

  • Use for short retro names.
  • Watch field length.
  • Avoid adding extra side symbols.
